Life can be complicated and challenging, but no individual needs to conquer these battles alone. When faced with challenges, it is our tendency to ignore and avoid looking introspectively to identify the root cause. This could be due to negative past experiences, judgements, or simply the fear of facing the issue head on. My passion is standing with you in the midst of these challenges while showing grace through an accepting and safe environment. Whether it is difficulties in everyday life, relationships, worries about the future, or a past traumatic experience, I will stand with you. I am very passionate, and I consider it a privilege to sit with you and provide support and compassion while also providing the tools to accomplish your goals.

My approach is based on facilitating an environment that meets you where you’re at because no two individuals are the same. I accommodate the session to meet your needs by being authentic, genuine, and benevolent. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, personality disorders, adolescent issues, and life transitions.

I began my career in 2018 as an inpatient counselor at a psychiatric residential treatment facility working with adolescents with extensive trauma, substance use disorders, and complex family conflict. This experience was a turning point in my life and the beginning of my passion for counseling. I also have experience in the community mental health setting working with children, adolescents, and adults with histories of trauma and a large range of mental health issues. I completed and obtained my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022, and I am currently in the pursuit of licensure and under supervision.
