Mental health therapy is a space for healing, growth, and transformation. Everyone carries a story shaped by relationships, culture, environment, and personal experience. Sometimes, those stories hold pain, confusion, or patterns that no longer serve us. Therapy offers a place to unpack those stories, make sense of them, and begin rewriting them with intention and compassion. Therapy is not about having all the answers — it’s about asking the right questions, sitting with discomfort, and learning new ways to relate to ourselves and others. In a world that often encourages us to stay busy, hide our feelings, or "just get over it," therapy invites us to slow down, go inward, and listen. It reminds us that we are not alone, that healing is possible, and that we are worthy of the care and connection we seek.

I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating challenges such as substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, grief and loss, stress, life transitions, and those who have either committed or been the victim of sexual offenses. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT. Therapy is a collaborative space where we explore patterns, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be seen, heard, and supported.
